Located to the west of Fox Meadows (walking distance) are two shopping centers. Here, residents have access to grocery stores (Mariano’s and Jewel-Osco), Ace Hardware, Starbucks & Dunkin, as well as restaurants, dry cleaning, pet care, health services, children’s recreational activities, and so much more.

Health Services

Adjacent to the Northwest side of Fox Meadow is the Edward Hobson Medical campus. Here, residents can benefit from a host of medical services as well as chiropractic services in the nearby shopping centers.

Less than three miles away is Edward Hospital, which among its many services includes a heart hospital, oncology wing and psychiatric hospital; Linden Oaks.

Transportation

Easily accessible from Fox Meadows are two major interstates including Interstate 355 and Interstate 88. For commuters who ride the train, the Pace Bus route stops nearby at Hobson Village (walking distance from Fox Meadows).  www.pacebus.com

Recreation and Fitness

For those who are more beach dwellers, a little over two miles from Fox Meadows in downtown Naperville, is Centennial Beach. This unique Naperville Pool features a natural setting including a sandy beach leading into the pool. If fitness is your goal, less than three miles east in Woodridge is a state of the art fitness center operated by Edward Hospital. Here members enjoy fitness equipment, basketball courts, a spa, therapy pools, swimming pools and a host of fitness programs to fit most needs. Located on the east central side of Fox Meadows, is Three Meadow Park with ample room to fly a kite, toss the frisbee with a dog, take a ride down a snow or packed hill on a sled and includes play ground equipment for the kids and the young at heart.

Fox Meadows Homeowners Association

Like most subdivisions in Naperville, Fox Meadows employs the use of a Homeowners Association through which residents can and are encouraged to participate in developing policies and procedures for maintenance of common areas and residential properties. The purpose being to maintain property values and ensure safety and overall quality of life in Fox Meadows. Fox Meadows Homeowners Association is a member of the Naperville Area Homeowners Confederation and is organized as a corporation.

Members are encouraged to attend meetings, vote and serve as board members to ensure that all voices are heard. Board elections are held annually at the February Annual Meeting.
